Attorney Hughes
focuses his practice in the areas of general
business law. He has represented clients in
construction cases, as well as contract and
administrative cases. He has represented clients
in condemnation cases on both behalf of the
condemnor and condemnee before Boards of View in
both Luzerne and Lackawanna County, as well as
eminent domain cases.
Attorney Hughes has extensive experience in both
the lower and appellate courts of the State and
Federal Bar.
Attorney Hughes has represented the Counsel of
the City of Scranton, as well as the
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Scranton,
Lackawanna County Office of Economic and
Community Development, Lackawanna County
Redevelopment Authority and numerous for-profit
and not-for-profit business entities.
